Delete your EduStars account

Students and parents can ask us to delete an EduStars account and its data at any time. Fill in the form below and it opens a WhatsApp message to our team with your request. We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• The account (name, username and password) and any linked parent account.
• Homework answers and scores, exam and quiz results, attendance, points and rankings.
• The parent’s WhatsApp number and notification settings.

What may be kept

• Payment records, for up to 12 months, where we are required to keep them for accounting. They are then deleted.

حذف حسابك على EduStars

الطالب أو ولي الأمر يقدر يطلب حذف حساب EduStars وكل بياناته في أي وقت. املا الفورم اللي تحت، وهيفتح رسالة واتساب لفريقنا فيها طلبك. هنأكّد الطلب ونحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام.

اللي بيتحذف

• الحساب (الاسم واسم المستخدم وكلمة السر)، وحساب ولي الأمر المربوط بيه.
• إجابات ودرجات الواجبات، ونتايج الامتحانات والمسابقات، والحضور، والنقاط والترتيب.
• رقم واتساب ولي الأمر وإعدادات الإشعارات.

اللي ممكن يفضل محفوظ

• سجلات المدفوعات لمدة أقصاها 12 شهرًا، لو مطلوبة للحسابات، وبعدها بتتحذف.
