للدراسة في الجامعة (بكالوريوس أو دراسات عليا) وللتسجيل المهني في بعض المهن زي الطب والتمريض.For university study (undergraduate or postgraduate) and professional registration in fields such as medicine and nursing.
IELTS General TrainingIELTS General Training
للهجرة لدول زي كندا وأستراليا وبريطانيا، وللشغل والتدريب.For migration to countries such as Canada, Australia and the UK, and for work and training.
الـ Listening والـ Speaking واحد في النوعين؛ الفرق في الـ Reading والـ Writing.Listening and Speaking are the same in both; Reading and Writing differ.

الـ Band بيتحسب إزاي؟How are IELTS bands calculated?
كل مهارة ليها Band من ٠ لـ ٩، والـ Overall هو متوسطهم مقرّب لأقرب نص درجة.Each skill gets a band from 0 to 9; your overall band is their average, rounded to the nearest half band.

أختار Academic ولا General Training؟Should I take Academic or General Training?
Academic للدراسة في الجامعة وبعض التراخيص المهنية، وGeneral Training للهجرة والشغل في الغالب. اسأل الجهة اللي هتقدّم لها عن النوع المطلوب.Academic is for university study and some professional registration; General Training is mostly for migration and work. Always check which one the organisation you are applying to requires.
فيه درجة نجاح؟Is there a pass mark?
لا. مفيش نجاح ورسوب، كل جهة بتحدد الـ Band المطلوب منك.No. There is no pass or fail; each organisation sets the band it requires.
النتيجة صالحة لمدة قد إيه؟How long is my result valid?
أغلب الجهات بتقبل النتيجة لمدة سنتين من تاريخ الامتحان.Most organisations accept results for two years from the test date.
الامتحان على الكمبيوتر ولا ورقي؟Is IELTS on computer or on paper?
الاتنين متاحين. على الكمبيوتر النتيجة أسرع، والـ Speaking في الحالتين مقابلة مع ممتحن حقيقي.Both are available. Computer-delivered results come faster, and Speaking is a face-to-face interview with a real examiner either way.
لو جبت درجة أقل من المطلوب في مهارة واحدة؟What if I miss my target in one skill?
في امتحان الكمبيوتر تقدر في مراكز كتير تعيد مهارة واحدة بس (One Skill Retake) خلال ٦٠ يوم من الامتحان.After a computer-delivered test, many centres let you retake just one skill (One Skill Retake) within 60 days.
