EduStars Academy مع Mostafa Atalla أكاديمية أونلاين بتقدّم كورسات SAT وIELTS واللغة الإنجليزية. المحاضرات مباشرة على Zoom، ومعاها متابعة يومية ومنصة للطلاب فيها الواجبات والامتحانات والتسجيلات.EduStars Academy with Mostafa Atalla is an online academy offering SAT, IELTS and English courses. Classes are live on Zoom, with daily follow-up and a student platform for homework, tests and recordings.

بيتأكد مكان الطالب في الكورس بعد دفع الرسوم. فريق الأكاديمية بيأكدلك الكورس والمواعيد وطريقة الدفع على واتساب.A student's place is confirmed once the fee is paid. Our team confirms the course, schedule and payment method with you on WhatsApp.
في بعض الكورسات ممكن نقدّم حصة تجريبية قبل الاشتراك.Some courses offer a trial class before you enrol.

الرسوم هي المعلنة على صفحة الكورس أو اللي بيأكدها فريق الأكاديمية وقت الحجز.Fees are those shown on the course page or confirmed by our team when you book.
كورسات SAT بتتدفع شهريًا، كل ٨ حصص. كورسات IELTS والإنجليزي بتتدفع لكل راوند، وممكن على أقساط حسب الاتفاق.SAT courses are paid monthly, every 8 classes. IELTS and English courses are paid per round, and may be paid in instalments where agreed.
الرسوم بتتدفع قبل بداية الفترة اللي بتغطيها.Fees are paid before the period they cover begins.

قبل بداية الكورس: تقدر تسترد المبلغ المدفوع كامل.Before the course starts: you can get a full refund.
بعد أول حصة: تقدر تسترد المبلغ المدفوع بعد خصم ٥٠٠ جنيه مصري (أو ما يعادلها) رسوم إدارية.After the first class: you can get a refund of the amount paid minus an administrative fee of 500 EGP (or its equivalent).
بعد تاني حصة: مفيش استرداد.After the second class: no refund is available.
الظروف الطارئة: في حالات زي المرض أو التعب أو ظرف طارئ، ممكن ننقل الطالب لراوند تانية بدل الاسترداد. ده بيرجع لتقدير إدارة الأكاديمية.Exceptional circumstances: in cases such as illness or an emergency, the student may be moved to a later round instead of a refund, at the academy management's discretion.

الحصص بتتحسب من ضمن الحصص المدفوعة حتى لو الطالب غاب عنها.Classes count towards the paid classes even if the student misses them.
تسجيلات الحصص متاحة على المنصة للطلاب المشتركين، من تاريخ انضمامهم للكورس.Class recordings are available on the platform to enrolled students, from the date they joined the course.

كل حساب شخصي لصاحبه. متشاركش بيانات الدخول مع حد.Each account is personal. Do not share your login details.
حساب ولي الأمر للمتابعة بس: بيشوف الواجبات والدرجات والحضور والترتيب.Parent accounts are for following progress: homework, grades, attendance and rankings.

الماتريال والامتحانات والواجبات والتسجيلات ملك لـ EduStars Academy، ومخصصة للمذاكرة الشخصية للطالب المشترك بس.Materials, tests, homework and recordings belong to EduStars Academy and are for the enrolled student's personal study only.
ممنوع نشرها أو بيعها أو مشاركتها أو تسجيل الحصص من غير إذن.They may not be published, sold, shared or recorded without permission.

بنتوقع احترام متبادل في الحصص والمجموعات. الأكاديمية من حقها توقف وصول أي حد بيضايق زمايله أو بيخالف الشروط دي.We expect mutual respect in classes and groups. The academy may suspend access for anyone who disrupts others or breaks these terms.

بنقدّم أفضل تدريب ومتابعة، بس النتيجة النهائية في الامتحان بتعتمد على مجهود الطالب والتزامه، فمش بنضمن درجة معيّنة.We provide the best training and follow-up we can, but exam results depend on the student's own effort and commitment, so we do not guarantee a specific score.

ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي من وقت للتاني، والتاريخ اللي فوق بيوضح آخر تحديث.We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version.
